Architect, maintain, troubleshoot and support information systems infrastructure for a 175-person office. Train technical and general staff in support processes and troubleshooting techniques. Attend security briefings and brief staff on Information Security best practices. Select, install, configure, and test PC and server hardware, software. Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems. Design and run system load/stress testing and escalate application problems to vendor. Establish and test disaster recovery policies and procedures. Design and conduct training programs for Information Security awareness and disaster recovery. Perform system upgrades to include development, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software. Submit information for budgets and monitor expenses.
