Architect, maintain, troubleshoot and support information systems infrastructure for a 175-person office. Train technical and general staff in support processes and troubleshooting techniques. Attend security briefings and brief staff on Information Security best practices. Select, install, configure, and test PC and server hardware, software. Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems.
